For the past three weeks I've been working on a dance show party thing with some incredible humans on a new cruise line, and sailed from Genoa to England. This show is so special; it exhibits expertly choregraphed, inclusive dance, it is teeming with joy, it promotes a sound worldview: "Don't be an asshole." I love this team fiercely. -- 'Music videos' has been my dream job since age 7, when i remember seeing my first one, Janet Jackson's 'Runaway', on The Box at my babysitter's house. I was mesmerized immediately and wanted to ride the ride over and over again. (Shout out and all love to Kiki in heaven, whose phone bill was $300 that month. 😬) The fact that life looks like this in 2020 is... surprisingly emotional as i type this. I am grateful. -- My video team, @jallenerickson & @camrhof, met the unknowns of everyday with a gameness, curiosity, genorosity and a sense of humor that I am so charmed by and grateful for. Not to mention their superior skill. We are a great team.
